Long walks & my top 5 fun fitness tips

Hey lovelies!

So the suns finally started to shine more in the UK bringing beautiful warm weather. As the evenings are so much lighter now I'm starting to take my small spaniels for longer walks down to the lovely river bank. A few days ago the weather was slightly warm with a fresh breeze not too hot or cold just about right! I decided to go for a long walk to make the most of this weather, well lets face it we are in the UK!  I enjoy taking them for miles, I couldn't go without a walk on these wonderful days. I took the camera to take some great shots as I love taking photos, such a lovely day that was.

Staying fit and healthy is very important, as you will already know, but you should make sure you get enough a week at least 30 minutes a day.  I know not all of you enjoy running or going down to the gym, but there are other simple enjoyable ways to stay fit that you may not have noticed before!

Here are my top 5 fun fitness tips:

Taking your dog for walks

As I have mentioned before I have always enjoyed taking my two dogs for long walks being out in the fresh air has always made me feel happy, well if I can why can't you? if you have a dog but don't walk them you could start now even if its a small walk around you village, town, city or wherever you live right now! If you don't have a dog ask a friend if you can take their dog for a walk or you can start dog walking for others. I'm sure there is someone out there who is happy for you to take their dog out.

Start horse riding

I've been riding since I was four years old I never gave up or stopped and I never will stop this sport!  I love riding especially jumping a course of  jumps,  I feel like I was born to ride horses. Now I've been riding for many years I have rode with others who have never ridden when they were younger but have started as they wanted to try a new hobby. Now I know that not all of you are interested in horses that's okay its not for everyone.  You may not know this but horse riding is great for balance, keeping a straight posture, your core and legs as you use them a lot if you ride already you know what I mean! so you can definitely strengthen those muscles by horse riding, give it a try if you like! I find that riding helps with my concentration so then I stay focused on my riding.

Find an exercise video

These are great as an alternative for those of you who don't enjoy going for a run or joining the gym. Sometimes I love to workout at home by using YouTube exercise videos. So don't worry you can still do a fun workout while staying at home, maybe you could invite your friends around so you can workout from these videos together. You all have access to YouTube don't you? so go check out some fitness videos, don't make excuses you can do it! It will be fun.

Start hoovering

Okay so you might think that's so boring I'll let someone else in the house do this job but you will be missing out on a simple way to stay fit.  I hoover it doesn't take too long.  It's not a difficult job if you do it right it will only take you like ten minutes of your day even if its hoovering your bedroom or car and you'll be helping out whoever does it for you already.  Hoovering can help you work on your upper body toning those biceps and shoulders. So do a little bit if you have the time.

Start power walking with your friends

Sometimes when I go out on these walks with my friends it can be so much more enjoyable than texting or chatting over the phone  and you both can keep fit together.  You'll keep that bond while on the go it works well so you don't have any excuses not too see your friends due to doing some exercise yourself do it with them! Go arrange it you'll have a great time catching up with your lovely friends.

I hope this have helped any of you who are struggling to find a way to stay fit.

Until next time,

North Norfolk

Hey lovelies!

North Norfolk has been one of my favorite places to go in the UK its an absolutely beautiful place to go.  I've been there a couple of times now and would still go back to the same places, there is so much you can do around the North Norfolk area. I just love it!

  ♥

There are many of the places in the area I have been for a small holiday and a weekend away. Honestly its one of the loveliest places in the UK to visit if you haven't been yet your missing out on a wonderful place!

Wells-Next-The-Sea

Wells is another large tourist attraction with a beautiful seaside town, you could spend the whole day on the beach and another day looking around the cute shops there. This place has a lovely harbor full with colourful boats all different sizes. It's even better when you go to this place in the summer. When I went there were some events on all day the shops were open till late, and yes I had the traditional fresh fish & chips by the seaside, what a perfect time that was!

Burnham Market

This place offers great B&B's and hotel accommodation either by the beach or in one of the most popular places, you might of heard of the hoste one of the most well known hotels around the North Norfolk area located in the small Burnham Market village and its only a few miles from the coastline, so you can easily get to places that aren't too far away!  Burnham Market itself has a variety of small sweet shops, like Joules, Jack Wills are always very popular, of course I love both those brands myself!

I recommend you go visit North Norfolk someday its worth it!

Following your dreams & inspirations

Hey lovelies

So I've always loved to follow my dreams and inspirations for the future. I thought I'd share why they could be so important for you lovely individuals out there.

  ♥

If your one of those people who has huge dreams you're hoping to achieve and succeed in your life this is for you! There is the difference between the fantasy world the reality world, but it doesn't mean you can't follow some of your fantasy dreams. Why not use them as your inspirations  for the future or possibly you own ideas you might have. One day your dream or inspiration could come true!

I'm not sure about you but I think our own dreams or inspirations are perhaps the key to our success, Why? well with enough motivation, enjoyment and all the hard work will soon pay off. Even if you're struggling for ideas at this moment in time don't worry it will workout in the end.  Just remember that if your dream is not as successful yet the
smaller ideas can build up to large successes, we all have to start somewhere even if its small to begin with.

Why give up on something you've worked so hard on? avoid giving up unless you really have to for important reasons.
I know it might be frustrating for you, but keep at it! If you are finding it difficult take a small break to refresh, read or research the topic that you love, use others inspiration to help guide you with your own.

Believe in yourself you can do it, don't let others tell you how its done use them as guidance or for feedback. Only you can make your dreams bigger, better and brighter.

Don't forget to follow those amazing dreams lovelies.

Taking close shots of objects & animals

Hey lovelies!

As you may know I love being creative either drawing or taking some shots with the camera! Having a creative mind is so wonderful but also takes a lot of time, hard work, practice and focus to make your work look great. It usually takes days to create a piece of art or to sort through the shots I've taken.

Taking close up shots are my favorite type of photos , why? well they show the close detail of many objects, animals! I find the detail of animals hair and eyes fascinating to look at , what we never see from far away. With animals you can see their beautiful markings, features, every detail that we don't see everyday.

Right so you may be thinking how can I take shots like that? I would need to buy an very expensive camera! what could I do?

I know not all of you could afford an expensive camera, so why not use the one you've got, borrow one, another alternative is buying a less expensive one if you wish there usually around a hundred pounds.

What do you love taking shots of?

Staying stress free by relaxing more

Hey lovelies

Hope you're all well:)

Having a relaxing or calming down time is important even if its 10 minutes, an hour or day whatever works for you. If your the sort of person that has a busy scheduled or working all the time just think for a moment and ask yourself when was the last time I relaxed.  If you have got some free time go sit down forget some of the tasks or errands for a couple of  minutes make yourself a nice hot cuppa or herbal tea to keep yourself calm or a nice tasting  fruit smoothie.

When i'm taking time to relax I enjoy reading other blogs, watching vloggers, taking my lovely dogs for a walk down the riverbank , drawing and so on.  You could go for a long walk to get some fresh air if you have a dog or not.

Do something that will keep you happy & calm keeping away all that stress.

Stay calm & don't out stress too much!

Just relax:)

You may be thinking these are just normal candles wrong! they are not just any candles there Yankee ones .
I love collecting all the different types of these candles. I think its sweet how they all have there individual names and smells. The smell of them in my bedroom is divine.  These candles are absolutely amazing!! they smell amazing too!

Yankee candles can get quite expensive especially when you're buying the bigger ones.
If you haven't heard or had one of these candles before you should get one.

The beauty of the countryside life

Hey guys!

I hope you've all had a fab Christmas and new year. :)

I've been planning my next blogs for this year recently and will enjoy sharing them with you!  I am going to be making blogs more frequently, as I have only made a few so far.

As you may know I enjoy art / photography, so I thought why not share a few images I took  for my artwork! These images are based on the beautiful nature that is around us.

  ♥

Gilet - Jack Wills  Hoodie -   Joules   Wellies - Hunter

These three main brands I'm wearing are outdoor country clothing, which fit in perfectly to brighten up this small woodland area captured in these images.

I love wearing this sort of clothing when I'm out walking my dogs. I enjoying working with this type of clothing too! I recommend all of these lovely brands to any of you who live in the countryside or enjoy walking around these places.

Having primary images of myself helped me to drawn my piece more detailed rather than using a secondary image taken by someone else. If you are an artist you will know that having your own images are important at times.

What do you prefer using?

I'll look forward to sharing more shots!

Drawings

 Hey lovelies!

So I haven't posted much recently on my blog as I have been so busy lately! As I love drawing a lot I thought I would share some of my drawings that are my main favs!  Many of them are of horses as I am a huge horse lover and have been riding ever since I was aged four. I enjoy drawing people and always love learning new artistic skills from others. You can do this too! Even professional artists look for new ideas to help develop their techniques.

Some people say horses are one of the hardest animals to draw, but to me I find them easy! It just takes a little bit of practice and patience when you are drawing. For both of these drawings I have used the derwent-sketching light and dark pencils to build up tone of these drawings. For the shading I used graphite pencils  as they provided more developed shading In the larger areas. I also love using other medias, like biro pens to add extra detail to many of my other drawings. You can use any biro colours even red or green! I think these colours are more enjoyable to used instead of just using the normal black or blue biro colours.

What media do you use?

 ♥

I hope this has helped any of you lovely people!

What do you love drawing?
