Staying stress free by relaxing more




Hey lovelies 

Hope you're all well:) 

Having a relaxing or calming down time is important even if its 10 minutes, an hour or day whatever works for you. If your the sort of person that has a busy scheduled or working all the time just think for a moment and ask yourself when was the last time I relaxed.  If you have got some free time go sit down forget some of the tasks or errands for a couple of  minutes make yourself a nice hot cuppa or herbal tea to keep yourself calm or a nice tasting  fruit smoothie.

When i'm taking time to relax I enjoy reading other blogs, watching vloggers, taking my lovely dogs for a walk down the riverbank , drawing and so on.  You could go for a long walk to get some fresh air if you have a dog or not.

Do something that will keep you happy & calm keeping away all that stress. 

 


Stay calm & don't out stress too much!
