Reaching those goals


Have you ever made a goal you want to reach? but never achieved that goal, did you give up? well  don't worry that's normal not everything works out how we want at times! why not give it ago again? it won't hurt to try again. This time you could approach it differently, maybe there's another way to keep you on track. I mean motivation is key when you've made goals, you've just got to stay ahead of  the game!

Anyway there are a few ways that could help you reach you goals and keep you motivated, here are some tips to help you with any future goals:


     Have a plan of action 

Before reaching your goal, creating a plan would help give you an idea of how you will get to your goal. I would usually list what I thought was most important and achievable, lets face it your not going to get anywhere by putting what you want to have first! you should start from the very bottom and work your way up, even if its not much or very exciting to start off with . You have to start somewhere before you get the very best. So, pick up a pen, some paper or notepad and start jotting down some ideas to help you reach that goal! 


   Get inspired 


Being inspired by others is a great way to help towards your own goals, well everyone is inspired by someone even if they are inspiring others themselves! we all get inspired from someone or something. I find that Instagram/social media can be very inspiring, especially those people who do fitness they really do inspire me to get up and go! (kick some ass!) each day I wake up. What inspires you? a person? art? music? etc. Being inspired by someone is very exciting, it can really help you get some ideas too, maybe you could create a new workout routine or take a couple notes, believe it or not I am inspired by a few other bloggers when I read their blogs it really makes me feel super happy I created one myself.  No matter how successful you become, learning and getting inspiration from others can help very much at times you don't have any inspiration at all.  
                                                           
          Think outside the box 

Sometimes you've just got to think outside the box, I mean all those successful people out there did that, so there's nothing stopping you! you could do anything you wanted with all your motivation. Just keep going and never stop! Be unique, be creative. 

         Dream Big 

     Never forget to dream big, make those dreams as big as you like!

Staying positive and happy

It's May already? 2015 flew by! hope you're well lovelies, I know I know I haven't blogged in a while, but I've got a lot to say. First I would like to say I've learnt a lot last and this year already, I can tell you the real world isn't easy at all! in fact is a very scary place once you enter it. There are many challenges in life you have to face even when you don't want to, I've already faced some that took me by shock and surprise! I think these challenges help encourage you to keep going even stronger than you were feeling before, so if you're going through a\difficult time don't worry it will get better with time I can tell you its not easy, but it really will. Well I can say been there done that got the T-shirt! it's a very true saying that most of you would have used or heard before!



Anyway you are probably wondering why I am writing a blog post about positivity and happiness. Well lovelies I myself have been through some challenging times I thought I would never be able to get through or deal with, but i'm still here standing today! from my experiences I think it's so important to believe in yourself, you can do it there are many things that will surprise you! you'll think how did I get through that? well you did and you know what that is it's strength you are a strong person if you can keep going, really you are:) I'm not saying get over them straight away go cry about it let them tears out!, go talk to someone about it, what i'm saying is that after some time you can choose to be positive and stay happy again. It's truly beautiful once you've got it all back trust me.

 So what can you do to stay positive and happy,well lovelies there are many ways you can make yourself and others feel better, in fact there are many ways:)



Here are my 5 top tips for staying positive and happy:

Take care of yourself before others

Now this is very important something that we all need to do these days. You will not be selfish for looking after yourself, you just need to make sure you in the right place before letting others in.  I mean don't ignore those who care for you, go out with them and spend time with them too. If you would like time to yourself or to do a hobby and don't feel like going out or meeting anyone, don't be afraid to say no to people. It's okay, do what makes you happy:)

Help others and support others 

Looking out for others is such a lovely thought, I mean putting a smile on someones face can help make your day too. No one would like to see their friend unhappy or upset at all! Being there to help others is very wonderful, encourage them to think positive and keep looking forward not back. One day someone may return the kindness to you when you really need it, so make sure you treat others lovely.

 Start a hobby or start exercising 

Starting new hobbies is very exciting to look forward to, it'll help keep you happy and take your mind off negative things and don't forget you can meet new people too:) You could start a sport, listen to music and the list goes on... Now not all of you enjoy exercising and that's okay I didn't at one point! Working out, doing yoga or going for a walk are all exercises I think are very important not only to help physical appearance, but help to keep your mind healthy and happy. These types of exercise will help reduce stress, anxiety and negativity, no one would like those! so next time you're feeling low do a work out, go for a simple walk or do yoga. Just remember to breath slow and calm. 

Start new positive challenges

Making new challenges can be very scary, but exciting at the same time. If there's something you would like to do, go do it! holding yourself back will only leave you not knowing what its like or how it could shape you into a great person. You never know you may inspire others out there to be like you! I mean you may not enjoy it, but its worth the shot if you don't like it you could always stop or find another challenge. At least you'll be able to learn what you didn't enjoy about it or review for next time, just don't give up on challenges or dreams lovelies.

Surround yourself with loving and positive people 

Being around positive people will help you to be happy with yourself and with where you are. These are the type of people who will help motivate you and keep you going through the difficult times. Every one needs a positive friend who will support them through anything. Once your around these people you'll start smiling a lot more and you will feel truly blessed to have them in your life:)

Remember don't give up! oh and never stop smiling:)
